MEET YOUR MENTOR
I didn't scale a seasonal company to over $1 million in under six years by hustling harder, praying for miracles, or chasing the next energetic high.
I did it by listening to the land.
While everyone else in business was optimizing funnels, chasing trends, or forcing momentum, I was building stone walls, tending soil, designing native ecosystems, studying how water moves, how roots stabilize, how plants communicate, and how every living system thrives through reciprocity — not extraction.
The Earth became my business mentor long before I ever mentored anyone else. Every season taught me something: how structure holds creative flow, how timing matters more than pressure, how nourishment outperforms intensity, and how nothing sustainable grows out of urgency.
Honoring the land's intelligence reshaped everything — how I lead, how I design, how I scale, and how I teach. It made me a steward, not just a strategist. An advocate for the places that feed us, protect us, and remember us. And it revealed a truth most entrepreneurs never learn:
Your business becomes unshakable the moment you build it like an ecosystem — not an extraction site.
Today I tend 35 private properties on Block Island, Rhode Island — one of the most conserved yet least stewarded landscapes in the northeastern United States. I hold certifications in invasive species management through the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management and as a Master Gardener. I serve as Chair of the Block Island Conservation Commission. I hold a Bachelor's degree magna cum laude in Cultural Advocacy from Plymouth State University.
My work exists at the intersection of regenerative business, land stewardship, ancestral intelligence, and grounded structural strategy. I help leaders scale in alignment with their biology, their essence, and the Earth beneath their feet — at a rhythm that is evolutionary, not performative.
No phoenix-rising narratives. No comeback-from-the-ashes mythos. Just a woman who learned that the Earth has the most sophisticated business model in existence — and built her life, her companies, and her purpose in right-relationship with it.
If you're ready to grow something that feeds you, your community, your lineage, and the future we're all responsible for — you're in the right place.
